Food Security Program

In Uganda there are unpredicted natural calamities such as floods and landslides that wipe away people’s homes and gardens. Hailstones that destroy people’s crops and too much sunshine that causes peoples crops to dry up.

This program focuses on;

  • 1. Teaching the people better farming practices such as growing crops in sackmonds, better best and crop disease control methods.
  • 2. It focuses on providing food for the victims of the natural calamities.
  • 3. It also focuses on transformation of food products into better products that do not easily get spoilt.
  • 4. It also focuses on teaching the local people how best they can benefit from the crops they grow.
